ICE ICE BABY!!!! My softball team’s name is Ice. Our season just started and We have had two games so far. My first game was on last Wednesday. It was cold, very cold, so one of the moms came over to the dugout and gave us all hand warmers! Anyway that day we played against another team called the Storm. Now we have a lot of new players on our team so they are still getting used to playing in Majors. Our first game started out pretty well until one of our pitchers started walking more people, than striking them out. We were home team so we were out in the field first. I was playing center field and surprisingly enough, there wasn’t much action. The bottom of the second ining really started heating up. My best friend that i have known since I was two years old, Caitlin, got a double against a good pitcher. I got a single, and a walk, because I got the sucky pitcher. Unfortunatly. I believe by the end of the third ining, the score was 13 to 7 (we were the 7) but regretably the game was called for darkness, which I don’t under stand why, because it wasn’t dark yet. Humph. SO we will be finishing the game on a later date. Soon I will post a lot more pieces, I’ve jst been really busy lately but that is over and I am back on track. Later.
